As a small, independent publisher, we have always championed human creativity, protected intellectual property, and embraced innovation. We've already taken steps to prevent unauthorised use of our catalogue in AI training, demonstrating our dedication to safeguarding our authors' works.

We understand the concerns surrounding AI and the complexities it brings and we aim to navigate this evolving landscape thoughtfully and responsibly.

AI will not be used to replace human creativity; writing, cover design, editing, and translations will continue to be the work of human talent.

We will only consider AI narration with an author’s consent, and only when it would otherwise be unfeasible to produce a human-narrated version of their work.

We are open to using AI tools to optimise marketing campaigns, and also to create assets, but always with the author’s prior approval.

As we move forward, we acknowledge that challenges will arise, and mistakes may happen. However, we will remain steadfast in our core values and the trust placed in us by our authors. Our strength lies in the relationships we build, and we are committed to putting our authors and staff first.
