We’re looking for hard-working Producers to join our production team on a part-time basis, to produce high quality audiobooks. The role will be working across all three imprints and looking after all narrators’ and authors’ works, overseeing the recording, post production, and sound quality control. You will have experience using industry standard software, ideally Adobe Audition, to polish our narrated books to be the best they can be.

These roles will be working from a home-base.

Requirements include:

♡ Previous Audiobook production experience working with voice artists/ authors/ narrators who record audiobooks in their own studios.
♡ Thorough knowledge of post-production including editing, processing and audio mastering using Adobe Audition or ProTools software.
♡ Strong organisational, communication and administration skills.
♡ Attention to detail.
♡ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a small production team.
♡ Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
♡ Willingness to work on books with LGBTQ+ and romantica content.
